IM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
DAVID OWLES TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE FROM
ITS PRE ENT LOCATION OUTSIDE THE CITY TO
1572 WE T ORANGEWOOD AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.

WHEREAst. David Knowles did file a written applica-
tion for a houseoving permit to move a dwelling house
from its present . ocation outside the City to 1572 West
Orangewood Avenue Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS said application having been set for public
hearing on the 3r day of October, 1978, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing ha Ing been given by mail to all persons
residing within a radius of three hundred feet from the
property upon whi h it is proposed to move said house, at
least ten days pr or to the date fixed for said hearing, as
the names of such owners appeared upon the last available
tax assessment ro 1; and
WHEREAS said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said a plication for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that sa d permit should be granted for the following
reasons:
1. the house, bUilding or structure
proposed to e moved into the City is comparable
in value, s1 e, quality, design and appearance of
houses, bull. ngs or structures in the area into
which it is 0 be moved; and

2. Thrt it will not be detrimental to, nor
diminish thel value of property in the area; and
3. T1t less than a majority of the property
owners in t. area object to the moving of the house,
building or . tructure onto the property where it is
proposed to e moved.
