VOCATIO AL SKILLS TRAINING, AND WORK EXPERIENCE.
WHEREAt! . the City of Anaheim desires to provide
Community Based idividualized Instruction, Vocational
Skills Training, .. d Work Experience for its residents through
the operation of , ,he Anaheim Educational Opportunities Center;

WHEREA~',as a part of said Anaheim Educational
Opportunities Ce , ' r,the City of Anaheim desires to
provide Communit Based Individualized Instruction, Vocati,on-
al Skills Trainin, ' and Work Experience; and

WHEREA~' the City of Anaheim requires the services
of an agency wit special knowledge and experience in the

Council, Inc., i$Willing to furnish such specialized
personnel and mat rial as is required to provide Community
Based Individual zed Instruction, Vocational Skills Training,
and Work Experie e for the operation of the said Anaheim
Educational Oppo unities Center; and

WHEREAf" the Orange County Community Development'
Council, Inc., h submitted to the City a form of Agreement
providing for th ,furnishing of specialized personnel and
material require to provide said Community Based Individual-
