ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
M APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to provide a
Preschool Program or its ~esidents through the establishment
of a Preschool Pr ram; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires the services
of an agency with ecial k:nowledge and experience in the
operation of Pres 001 Programs; and
the North Orange County Regional
has demonstrated expertlse1n the
001 Programs and is willing to furnish
rsonnel, material and equipment as isre-

the North Orange County Regional
has submitted to the City, a form of

Occupational Prog providing for the furnishing of specIalized

Preschool Program on the terms and conditions and for the
compensation set rth in said Agreement, be, and the same is
hereby, approved. !
