RESOLUTION NO. 78R-6l2
A RESOLUTIPN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF A~IM DETERMINING THAT A REQUEST
TO VACATE ~ ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEMENTS 8E DENIED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on July 25, 1978 de~lare its intention to abandon those certain
public utility ease~nts located on and across property
located on the northj'side of Lincoln Avenue, the west 'boundary
of said property beip:tg located approximately 1120 feet east
of Brookhurst; and "
WHEREAS, op Sep~~~r:,~~, 1978 a public hearing was
held to consider saVd abandonment; and '
WHEREAS, evidence was heard and considered at said
hearing.
NOW, THER~ORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anahe{tm does hereby determine that the request
to vacate and abanddn said public utility easements be denied.
THE FOREGQ]NG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of'the City of Anaheim this 19th day of
September, 1978.
