A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON"';
MENT OF A FORTION OF HERMOSA DRIVE.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly pqated and published, give notice of its in-
tention to vacate and abandon the public street hereinafter
described; and
WHEREAS, oq the 28th day of February, 1978, a public
hearing was held to ~low interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said propolsed vacation and abandonment; and
WHEREAS, th~ City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find, from the eVidenjce submitted, that the public street herein-
after specifically de\S!cribed is unnecessary for present or pro-
spective public streeit purposes.
NOW, THEREFpRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheitn does he~eby order the vacation and aban-
donment of that portion of Hermosa Street, more specifically de-
scribed as follows:

That portion of dedicated public street commonly
known as Hermosa, Drive lying within Tract No. 1691,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 52, pages 18 and
19, Miscellaneou~ Maps, records of Orange County,
located in the C~ty of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of Califorpla, described as follows:
Beginning at the, northeasterly corner of Lot 33 in
said Tract No. 1~9l; then~e N 660 22' 38" E,12.63
feet to the begi~hing of a tangent curve concave
southwesterly an~ having a radius of 50 feet; thence
Southeasterly al~ng said curve through a central
angle of 600 an .1'c distance of 52.36 feet to the
beginning or a r,verse curve concave northwesterly
and having a rad~Us of 50 feet, said point of begin-
ning of said rev,rse curve being the true pOint of
beginning; thenc, Southea$terly, Easterly, North-
easterly and Nor1hwesterly along said reverse curve
through a central angle of 1300 an arc distance of
157.08 feet to alt interseetion with the centerline
of said Hermosa $rive; thence N 660 22' 38" E, 6.70
feet along said ~enterline to an intersection with
the southerly prqlongation of the easterly line of
Lot 18 in said TJ!'act No. 1691; thence N 230 37' 22"
W,25.00 reet to an intersection with a line paral-
lel with and 25.00 reet northerly of the centerline
of said Hermosa I)rive; thence S 660 22' 38" W,
124.23 feet along the last mentioned parallel line

west line of Lot 20 of said Tract No. 1691; thence
S 230 37' 22" W,50 feet to the true point of
beginning.

BE IT FUR'rHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authoriz,cl and directed to cause a certified copy of
this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of the
City of Anaheim, to,be recorded in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Orange Co~nty, California.
