OF ANAHEI ACCEPTING A QrtITCLAIM DEED FROM
CITY OF A AHEIM (CALIFORNIA) STADIUM, INC.

. WHEREAS, In connect~on with the refinancing of the
Anaheim Sta .dium, th CitYO.f Anaheim (California) Stadium, Inc.,
has offered to quit laim to the City of Anaheim ceTtain real
property hereinbelo described.
WHEREAS, !he City Council finds that it is in the best
interest .ofthe Citt of Anaheim to accept sa~d Q~itclaim Deed.

NOW, THER*FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anah~imlthat it accept and it does hereby accept and
order recorded that!certain Quitclaim Deed dated August 28, 1978,
from the City of An~heim (California) Stadium, Inc. to th~ City
of Anaheim covering I the following descT~bed property:
