A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM[ AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN
CITY-OWNED! PROPERTY AND FINDING AND DETERMIN-
ING THE FA!JjR HARKET VALUE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, tpe City of Anaheim is the owner in fee title
of that certain par~ .,1 of land ("Parcel"), containing approximately
900.90 square feet " area, located at the southwest corner of
Riverdale Avenue an . IStarlingr Way, as said F-arcel is shown as
Parcel 3 on Exhibit ~, attached hereto and incorporated by refer-
ence herein1 and
WHEREAS, ~rcel is not needed for present or prospective
use by the City of ~aheim1 and
WHEREAS, s~id Parcel, standing by itself, is unusable for
residential, open sJ?!aice, or park purposes1 and
WHEREAS, Silaid Parcel is of nominal value due to its size,
shape and location 1 ~d
WHEREAS, ~e owner of the abutting property has offered
to purchase said paridel for the sum of $50.00.
NOW, THE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
1. That the ~ir markEit value of subject property, when
restricted to use i~conjunction with Lot 20 of Tract 5332, is
$50.00.

2. That the q~ty Counoil does hereby authorize the sale
of Parcel to said ~tting OWner subject to a condition that said
Parcel be utilized ~lely in conjunction with Lot 20 of Tract No.
5332, and that Parc~ll and sa~d Lot 20 shall be treated as a single
parcel for zoning arid subdivision purposes.
3. That the ~yor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and dired~ed to execute a deed, conveying Parcel to the
owner of abutting Left 20, subject to a restriction as outlined in
1 above, upon receipt of $50.00.
THE FOREGQXNG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
