A RESOLU ~ON OF TaE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE ~ APPROVJNG THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LIC SE AGRE~MENT WITH THE ATCHISON,
TOPEKA A SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY ("Santa Fe")
AND AUTH RIZING AND DIRECTING THE~ MAYOR AND
CITY CLE TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
