RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 536
A RESOLUT 'ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE . APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AG .EMENT WITH O'MELVENY & MEYERS AND
AUTHORIZ G AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERKTO XECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS,
services relating
.heCity of Anaheim is in need of legal
the issuance of water revenue bonds; and
WHEREAS, letter agreement, dated August 4, 1978,
has been submitted hereby O'Melveny and Meyers will provide
such legal service ; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to e City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT F tHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they areh teby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on ehalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FORE OING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council 0 the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of
