RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 535
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF 4NAHEIM, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
CERTAIN ~F ITS MEMBERS TO FILE WRITTEN
ARGUMENTS FOR AND AGAINST A CITY MEASURE.

WHEREAS, an election is to be held in the City of
Anaheim on Novembet 7, 1978, at which there will be submitted
to the qualified e1ectors of said City the following City
measure:
WATKR REVENUE BOND PROPOSITION: Shall
the City!~f Anaheim be authorized to finance
the acquisition and construction of additions
to and i~provements of the water system of
said city by the issuance of revenue bonds,
not paya~le from property taxes, in an amount
not to exceed 14 million dollars?
NOW, THE~FOF~, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
SECTION :1;.
That thi~ City Council, being the legislative body
of said City, heretly authorizes:

members of said boqy, to file a written argument in favor of
the City measure s~t forth in the recitals hereof in accordance
with ~rticle 4, Ch~J?ter ~, Divison 5 of the.Elections Code.

and including the (tate fixed by the City Clerk after which
no arguments for or against said measure may be submitted
to the City Clerk.
