A RESOL TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE CITY
ATTORNE AND THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS
IN CONN CTION WITH REFINANCING OF THE
ANAHEIM STADIUM.

the Finance Direc or be, and they are hereby, authorized

relating to the cosing of the transaction contemplated
by the Official S. atements, a~d to take any and all
actions necessarybr required to carry out and perform
the terms and con itions of said transaction.
THE FORtGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
