A RESOLti, ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA[M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN A . EEMENT WITH MUDGE ROSE GUTHRIE &
ALEXAND~ AND ROURKE & WOODRUFF, ATTORNEYS AT
LAW, ANP AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXEClJtrE SAID AGREEMENT.
WE REA Sf' . the Citu of Anaheim is in need of Bond
Counsel for a pro ased expti,nsion of the Anaheim Stadium
. located on certail propertw owned and leased by the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, all costs of Bond Counsel will be paid
for by bonds iSSU~d by the Anaheim Stadium, Inc. when said
bonds are sold; $d
WHEREAS~" it is necessary for the City of Anaheim
to adva1'1ce the co it of Bond Counsel until it can be'
reimbursed by Ana im Stad1um, Inc.; and .'
WHEREAS~ Mudge Rpse Guthrie & Alexander and
Rourke & Woodruff~ attorneys at law, have submitted a pro-
posal to provide ~aid Bond Counsel and an Agreement has
been prepared, th~ terms and conditions of which are
acceptable to the! City Council of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, TH$;REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of saia Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are ~ereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FO~GOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of
