RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 530
A RESOL ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA 1M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN A REEMENT WITH GOLDMAN SACHS & COMPANY
AND AUT RIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS~. the City of Anaheim is in need of a sole
manager to negoti . ethe underwriting fora. proposed bond
sale to f"inance t ref'unding of' Anaheim Stadium located on
certain property wned and leased by the City of Anaheim;
and '

WHEREAS~. all costs of said services will be paid
for by bonds issu d by the Anaheim Stadium, Inc. when said
bonds are sold; a. d
WHEREAS~i it is necessary for the City of Anaheim
to advance the co t. of said services until it can be
reimbursed by Ana 1m Stadium, Inc.; and

WHEREASe. Goldman Sachs & Company has submitted a
P.roposal to pro vi. said sole manager underwriting .service-s,
and an agreement s been prepared, the terms and conditions
of which are acce table to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim. ~i
NOW, T~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of" sai, Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT F RTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are reby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOR OING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
