GREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND T CITY OF GARDEN GROVE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MA OR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREE NT.
WHEREAj' the City of Anaheim is proposing to
constructcertai " SignaliZ", ation and roadway improvement,s
on Orangewood Av nue from Ninth Street to Euclid Street
pursuant to Arte tal Highway Financing Program Project
No. 913 hereinaf er referred to as the "Project"; and
WHEREA$, portioRs of the proposed improvements
are in the City <)f Garden Grove; and
WHEREA~J said cities consider it in the best
interests ,Of eco arnics andl. public safety to combine the
improvements in heir respective jurisdictions into
one proj ect; and.' "
WHEREAt, an agrttement has been prepared to '
accomplish the a,oresaid I>urpose, the terms and- conditions
of which are satsfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, T~REFORE' BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of $.heim th4tthe terms and conditions of an
agreementbetwee , 'the City of Anaheim and the City of Garden
Grove for the co structiom of street improvements and
signalization be~ and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT~' RTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be ,and t . y are hereby, authorized and directed, to
execute said agr ement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim. '
