RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 516
A RESOLUT~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC SIGNAL FEES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
adopted Chapter 14.$8 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
traffic signal fees, and
WHEREAS, $ection 14.58.030 requires the City Council to
adopt a resolution to designate the amount of fees necessary to
be collected for th~ installation of traffic signals.
NOW, THERtFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim,that it does hereby adopt the following
traffic signal feese
Lodging $ 65.00/Room
Retail Sales and Services to 50,000 GSF $325.00/1000 GSF
Retail Sales and Services above 50,000 GSF $235.00/1000 GSF
General Office and Institutional $145.00/1000 GSF
Medical Facilities $235.00/1000 GSF
BE IT FURtHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Building Division s~all collect said fees for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim. .
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adoptad by the
Ci ty Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of August ,
1978.
