RESOLUTION NO. 78R-~
A RESOmION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AMAH tM DECLAaING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND AB DON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS i the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to p~~ceed pu~suant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements!Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seg., Goverment
Code) in connecti~n with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements. '
NOW, THf' EFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Aneim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, an close to public use the following described
public service ea~ements, 'to wit:
1.
That Ca;"ain eas~ment for equestrian and hiking
purpose, 10 feet wide, extending from Coachman
Drive a point approximately 242 feet south-
erly th~reof, located approximately 390 feet
east of!Sunset Ranch Road7
Those c~~tain easements for public utility pur-
poses, ~ight feet wide, located east of and con-
tiguous lto Sunset Ranch Road, extending from a
point a~proximately 197 feet north of Coachman
Drive ~ a point approximately 350 feet north of
CoachmazJ, Drive, and extending from a point ap-
proxima'4ely 630 feet north of Coachman Drive
along CQachman Drive for a distance of approxi-
mately ~50 feet7 and
That cei'tain easement for water purposes, 10
feet wi e, extending in an east-west direction
acrossract No. 9524, extending from a point on
Trail D~ive located approximately 145 feet west
of Suns~t Ranch Road to a point approximately
180 fee~ east of Coachman Drive,
as said easements iare shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk;of the City of Anaheim.

BE IT FqRTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said!vacation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be!held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may 1be heard, in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 East Li4coln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:

to the passage Ofcl;iS resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the aheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
