1'.. RESOLU']ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~M DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANbON A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT.

N'HEREAS ,the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to prqceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements ~acation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment~of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, THE$FORE, BB IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Ana11Etim does hereby declare its intention to va-
eate, abandon, and close to public use the fOllowing described
public service easement, to wit:
That certain ~ublic utility easement, four feet
wide, being pqrallel to and lying 197 feet south
of the center]ine of Orange Avenue, located ap-
proximately 400 feet west of Knott Avenue,
as said easements qJre shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk ~f the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FU~HER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said ~acation and abandonment willb~ heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be neld at 3:00 o'clock P.H., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 East LinClOln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
August' 29, 1978
BE IT FUm'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of ifhis resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the AQaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, pub]ished and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREqQING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of August, 1978.
