A RESOLU~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE 1:1 DECLARING ITS INTENT ION TO VACATE
AND ABAN. N CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.

WHEREAS, I the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to prfceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements .. acation Law (Section 50430 et seq.., Goverment
Code) in connectio. with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.

NOW, THE~FORE' BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Ana.eim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and close to public use the following described
public service eas ents, to wit:
1. That cer~in public utility easement, six feet
wide, ex ending east from Anaheim Boulevard,
locatedpproximately 600 feet south of Pacifico
Avenuei . d

That certain public utility easement, tWo feet
wide, ex ending south from Pacifico Avenue,
located pproximately 350 feet east of Anaheim
Boulevar ; and
That cerfain public utility easement, located
