RESOLUTION NO. 78R-.til-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS I}~ENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements V.cation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci ty Council
of the City of Anah~im does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and close to public use the following described
public service easements, to wit:
1. That certain easement for public utility purposes,
15 feet in width, approximately 168 feet in length,
the easterly terminus of said easement, located
approximately 150 feet north of Santa Ana Canyon
Road and approximately 75 feet west of Imperial
Highway; and
2. That certain easement for public utility purposes,
20 feet in width, approximately 200 feet in length,
the easterly terminus of which is located approxi-
mately 30 feet west of Imperial Highway and ap-
proximateLI.y 75 feet north of Santa Ana Canyon Road,
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these proceedings are under-
taken subject to ~ following reservations and exceptions in
favor of the fOllowd..ng parties or persons:
Subject to the reservation of an easement for sanitary
sewer purposes, 10 feet in width, in favor of the City
of Anaheim over a portion of said public service ease-
ments above-described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.H., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 East Linooln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th August, 1978.
