WHEREAS, the ity Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed purs ' nt to the provisions of the Public
Services Easements Vac 'ion Law (Section 50430 et seq. Government
Code)' in connection wit' the vacation and abandonment of public
service easements; and
WHEREAS, theity Council did, by resolution duly
posted and published, g'1ve notice of its intention to abandon
