A RESOL~-'ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE , CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING THE COM-
MENCEME ,OF PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXATION
OF CERTA. UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED
AS ANAHE HILLS ANNEXATION NO. 27.
WHEREAS, if'. e Ci tyof Anaheim desires to annex into
its boundaries cer in unincorporated and uninhabited territory
as hereinafter des ibed1 and
WHEREAS't' aid City desires to extend the full range
of municipal servi s to said territory in order to better
serve the needs of , aid property, its owners and inhabitants1

WHEREAS, ~aid City desires this resolution to be
deemed a resolutio~ ,of application proposing a change of organ-
ization pursuant tol Sections 35140 and 35110 of the Government
Code of the State ~ California.
NOW, TH~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anah~im as follows:

1. That the S'ithin proposal is made pursuant to the
Municipal OrganizatO n Act of 1977 as set forth in Title 4,
Division 2, Part 2 f the Government Code of the State of
California.

territory for anne.tion to the City of Anaheim1 and
b. TO Hrovide full municipal services to an unin-
corporated area th~. is remote from County service facilities
and thereby increas~ the economy and efficiency of urban
