A RESOLPTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM' AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78R-129 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED
P ART-Tltm CLASSES BY CREATING THE NEW CLASS OF
LIBRARY CLERICAL ASSISTANT.
WHEREAS, the P~rsonne1 Director has recommended in a staff report
dated July 26, 1978 that the new job class of Library Clerical Assistant
be created, and
WHEREAS, as a tesu1t thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 78R-129 which establIshed rates of compensation for unrepresented
part-time classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishing this job c1~ss is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the fo11ow~g job class be created effective July 21, 1978
and allocated to the designated salary schedule in the Salary Schedule
Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 78R-129 shall remain in full force and effect.
