A RESOLUTlmI OF TEE CITY COTJNCIL OF THE CITY
OF lUIT~iEIM AUTHORIZING THE ~AYOR A}JD CITY
CLEP~ 1~ EXECUTE M~ AGREEr~NT BETI1EEN THE
CITIES OF Al'iAHEIH ~l\JD STANTON IN CONNECTION
WITH FIRE PROTECTION Al.m RESCUE, AND APPROV-
ING TEE TERI,1S AND CONDITIONS THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Cities of Anaheim and Stanton both main-
tain and operate fire protection organizations in their respective
cities; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said Cities to render aid,
each to the other, to combat the effect of fire and other emergen-
cies when such aid is necessary; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared to be made and
entered into between the Cities of Anaheim and Stanton upon the
terms and conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said agreement is
satisfactory and woUld be for the benefit w~d in the best interest
of the City and shoUld be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t~e City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between Anaheim and Stanton relating to emergency alarms be, and
the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURPmER RESOLVED that the Hayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are heteby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
