NOW, THER FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the detailed designs, plans, profiles,

BE IT FUR HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
publish a notice ac ording to law, inviting sealed proposals for
the furnishing of a 1 plant, labor, services, materials and
equipment, and all tilities and transportation, including power,
fuel and water, and performing all work necessary to construct
and complete, in a ood and workmanlike manner, in strict
accordance with sai detailed designs, plans, profiles, drawings
and specifications s prepared by said Public Works
De artment , the pUblic improvements hereinabove
men oned an escr bed, and .fixing the 25th day of Januari '
19 79, at the hour 0 2:00 o'clock P.M. as the date and hour or
the opening of said bids at the City Council Chamber in the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, and that said notice shall be
published twice, th first of which publications shall be at
least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of
bids, and that said publications shall be at least five (5) days
apart. I

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the successful bidder
or bidders shall be required to enter into a contract with the
City of Anaheim in he manner and form approved by the City
Attorney of the Cit of Anaheim for the construction, installa-
