A RESOLU ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AG EMENT WITH DR. NESTOR B. ROOS FOR
PROFESSI NAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A
SEARCH F R A BROKER OF RECORD, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYO AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE-
MENT ON EHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.

WHEREAS, [the City of Anaheim desires to obtain profes-
sional services to liassist in a search for a broker of record;
and
WHEREAS,~Dr. NastQr B. Roos is qualified to ren9.er such
professional serviqes to the City and desires to be employed for
such purpose; and '
WHEREAS, !$n agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which! are satisfactory to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE$FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheintthat the terms and conditions of an Agre~ment
with Dr. Nestor B. J~oos for profe~sional services in connection
with a search for a: broker of record be, and they are hereby,
approved. .
BE IT FURtHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and C.ity Clerk
be, and they are heteby, authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City ff Anaheim.
