A RESOLUTtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR
MUNICIPAL.. ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS.
WHEREAS, jhe Municipal Organization Act of 1977,
Government Code Sec ion 35000 et seq., authorizes cities to file
annexation petition and to act as the conducting authority for
annexations approve by the Local Agency Formation Connnission;
and .

WHEREAS, ~he City Council finds that it is in the public
interest and welfar. to establish a fee schedule to .offset the
City's costs in pro4essingsaid petitions and/or conducting said
proceedings.
NOW, THER$FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheimithat the fOllowing fee schedule be, and the
same is hereby, ado~ted for all proceedings for annexation of
territory to the City of Anaheim:
