A RESOLUTION F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AP ttOVING 'nIETERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEME WITH 'nIE CALIFORNIA HOUSING
FINANCE AGENC . AND AUTlIORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND tITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the .~.lLty of Anaheim has instituted a program
of financial a.sSistanc'... and rela.. tedservices necessary to
assist persons of low . d moderate income to obtain ~cent,
safa, and sanitary hou lng; and
WHEREAS, the ~tty. of Anaheim did, by Agreement
dated, enter into a co~tract with the California Housing
Finance Agency; and I .
WHEREAS, iti~ desirable to modify the contractual
relationship with Ca1ifbmia Housing Finance Agency; and
WHEREAS, a ne~, agreement with California Housing
Finance Agency has bee . prepared, which agreement supersedes
said Agreement dated; d ·

WHEREAS, the~erms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Pity Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW. THEREFQl$, BE IT RE$OLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Ag~ement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE ITFURTHEl\RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are here ..' authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on beh .f of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHE :RESOLVED that the Executive Director of
the Community Develop 'nt Department, the Neighborhood "Develop-
ment Coordinator, or e Housing Manager, be and they are
hereby authorized to ecute the certificates set forth as
Exhibits D and E on s id Agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim. i
