WHEREAS, $aid Public Works Department has prepared
said .detailed desig$S, plans, profiles, drawings and specifica_
tions for the constfuction of said pUblic improvement and has
submitted the same ~o the City Council; and
WHEREAS, ~4e City Council .finds that said detailed
designs. plans. pro~1les. dr~wings and specifications for said
PUblic improvement ~ove mentioned. are in accordance with good
engineering practic~and are adequate to serve the needs and
requirements of the pity of Anaheim and the citizens and
residents in said ar~a .for the purposes for which they are
intended, and that th~y are adequate for the construction of
Said pUblic improve~tlt and should be approved.
NOW, THERE'~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim .~at the ~etailed designs. plans. profiles.

BE IT FURTH~R RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Anaheim be, and sh~is hereby authorized and directed to
publish a notice acco~ding to law, inviting sealed proposals for
the furnishing o.f all ~lant, labor, services, materials and
equipment. and all ut1jlities and transportation. inclUc!1ng power.
fuel and water. and pe~form1ng all work necessary to construct
and complete, in a goO~ and workmanlike manner, in strict
accordance with said d~tailed designs. plans. profiles. drawings
and specifications as prepared by said Public Wn~kR
D~D~tm~nt , ~he pUblic improvements hereinabove
ment~ oned and des crfb ef ! and fixing the 11 th day of' January .
19~ at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. as the date and hour for
the opening of said bidS at the City Council Chamber in the City
