A RESOLVrrON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF:ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 78Rl274, DATED MAY 2, 1978.
WHEREAS, on May 2, 1978, the City Council
adopted Resolutiqn No. 78R-274 authorizing the
Utilities Direct~ to execute an Agreement entitled
"Palo Verde 4 andl 5 Project California Environmental
Agreement"; and
WHEREAS"the Agre~ment was not executed
because a decisio"was made to change the Agreement
to designate the ~~lifornia Public Utilities Commission
as the Lead Agenc1in place of the Los Angeles Depart.
ment of Water and 'Power; and
WHEREAS, a new Agreement was prepared to effect
such change; and
WHEREAS, ~he City Council ~f the City of Anaheim
now wishes to resctLnd their prior Resolution No. 78R..,.274.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution
No. 78R-274 dated ~y 2, 1978, be, and the same is,
hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGqrNG RESOLUTION is approved and
adopted by the Citj!CDuncil'of the City of Anaheim
this 19th day of' December , 197 a.
