OF ANAHE. APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AG . EMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH
AND AUTH RIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE M.
WHEREAS, 'the City of" Anaheim desires to employ an en-
gineer tOf"urnishngineering services to the City in connection
with the Design Co dept Study f"or a two-million gallon reservoir
at the Lenain Filt tion Plant; and

ditions of" an Agreent f"or Engineering Services with James M.
Montgomery Consult g Engineers, Inc. be, and they are hereby,
approved. .
AND BE IT:FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are he~bY' authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf" of" the City f Anaheim.
