OF ANAHE~ ESTABL~SHINGA PROCESSING FEE FOR
ENVIRON NTAL IMP~CT REPORTS (EIR) PURSUANT
TO THE C"LIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.
WHEREAS J: the California Environmental Quality Act,.
the State EIR Guidtn.ines, and the City of Anaheim EIR Guidelines
.requirethe City t~j process, review and certify environmental im-
pact reports for c.t:-tain prej ects which could hayea significant
.effect upon the enth.ronment; and
WHEREAS,' 1tis in the public interest and welfare to
establish a fee to. offset the cost of processing said environ-
mental impactrepotts.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheii1 that a fee shall be required for the process-
ing of any draft etlvironmental impactreport,cert1.ficat1onof
which is required ~V the City of Anaheim, .or any Council ,Com-
mission, orficer,employeeor agency thereof, in the sum of
$25.0 .00.
