A RESOLUTIfN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM1APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICEN~E AGREEMENT WITH MOTHER COLONY
HOUSEHOLD'~II.NC., CONCERNIN.G TEMPORARY.. STORAGE
SPACE IN T E MAIN LIBRARY, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYORD CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE
AGREEMENT ,N BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Mdther Colony Household, Inc. is a nonprofit
C01!'poration which woziks in support of the Mother Colony House;
and I

WHEREAS, M!'her Colony House, Inc. has1nheri ted certain
materials and artifac s and is in need of temporary storage space
so that said materia. and artifacts may be examined and catalogued;
and i
WHEREAS, CiltYhas storage space in the Main Libra:ry base-
ment which temporarilr may be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, si~ce such artifacts will be available for dis-
play at the Mother Coo ny House, it would be in the best interests
of the City to make s ch space available to Mother Colony House,
Inc. on a temporary b 6is; and

WHEREAS, a !t1cense Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of whibh are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFiRE' BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of a Lease Agre ment with the Mother Colony House, Inc. be,
and they are hereby, pproved.
BE IT FURTH*R RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, ;uthorized to execute said Lease Agreement on
behalf of the City of/Anaheim.
