A RESOL~TIONOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHIM AGREEING TO SELL CERTAIN CITY- .
OWNED PQPERTY AND ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS
PRECEDE. TO SAID SALE.

WHEREASJ the City of Anaheim is the owner in fee title
of the following 'scribed property, to wit:
Parcel 6 as S~own on a map filed in Book. 4 ~Pages
5 to 11 of St tte Highway Maps , R. ecords of Orange
County (herei.. fter Property); and
WHEREAS ~ .rroperty is presently devoted to public street
and utility purpos '; and
WHEREAS .City has received an offer to purchase Property
tor the sum of $74350.71 sUbJect to the close of escrow to pur-
chase certain prop t"ty located to the northot Property; and
WHEREAS, lit is in the best interestsot the City ot
Anaheim to sell sa~d Property.

NOW, THE$. FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei~that
1. City doesl hereby accept the otfer to purchase Property
tor the sum of $74,~50.71 subject to the fOllowing conditions:
a. The brocessing and approval of the Abandonment and
Vacation of the pUb~c street across said property.

b. The ptlyment .of ~aid $14,350.71 prior to the com-
mencementof said atandonment proceeding.
2. That the "'yor and City Clerk be, and they are, hereby,
authorized and dire;~ed to execute a deed conveying Property to
Malout, Inc. or its I designee upon completion of the abandonment
ot the pUblic stree~across Property.
