RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 794
A RESO~WTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAijEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AME~DMENT TO PERMIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OH ANAHEIM AND OKEH CATERERS AND AUTHORIZING
THE MA10R AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREA~, the City of' Anaheim and Okeh Caterers have
heretof'ore enter~d into a Permit Agreement f'or the use of'
parking spaces at Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREA~, the said parties mutually desire to extend
said Permit Agre~ment f'or an additional one-year term subject
to the same terms and conditions; and
WHEREA~, an Amendment to Permit Agreement has been
prepared, the tenms and conditions of' which are satisf'actory
to the City of' Anaheim.
NOW, TaEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of ~aheim that the terms and conditions of an
Amendment to Permit Agreement permitting Okeh Caterers to
use parking space at Anaheim Stadium for an additional period
of one (1) year be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FlURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are ~ereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Amendment to Permit Agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FO~GOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
