WHEREAS, at agreement was entered into by and between

NOW, THERERE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anahei that the terms and conditions of an
amendment to the Mast r Group Agreement, by and between the
City of Anaheim and G neral Medical Centers Health Plan, be,
and the same are here,y, approved.
BE IT FURTHjR RESOLVED that the Personnel Director
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for an on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOI~G RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of t~ City of Anaheim this 12th day of
