A RESOLU~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE!... DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
A.l~D ABAN N A CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET AND FIX-
ING A DA FOR A HEARING THEREON.

WHEREAS, jthe City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to prdoeed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 19~1 (Section 8300 et seq., Streets and Hi~hway
Code) in connectioq with requests for vacation and abandonment
of public streets ~ocated within the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THErFORE' BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Ana ,im does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon an. close to public use the following described

City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:

to the passage of ~his resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Apaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed,publCLished and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
