A RESOLOTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA~IM APPROrvING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ~REEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND GA~IN INDUSTRIES, INC. PERTAINING TO A
RECORDS! iMANAGEM$TT PROGRAM; AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE-
MENT FoR THE CITY.
WHE RE Ai:' · the Cit.y Clerk' s Office requires and needs
specialized serv . es for t~e purpose of establishing a .
Records Manageme Program including the improvement of
and utilization .; its files and records and establishing
a modern record rfeltentionand microfilming program; and
WHEREASJr'1 GamlinIndustries, Inc. is qualified and
desirous of rende~ing such services to the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between Gamlin Industries, Inc.
and the City has 'this day been submitted, the terms and
conditions theredi' are satisfactory to the City.
NOW, Ta]REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of A~heim that the certain agreement between
Gamlin Industries! ,and the .City of Anaheim this day submitted
be, and the same ijjs hereby., approved.
BE IT F1URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby autho~zed to execute said agreement for the City
of Anaheim.
