RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 776
A RESOLW'fIONOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHttM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FI1!t$T AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH TEXACO
ANAHEIM~ILLS, INC. AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGttEMENT.
WHEREAS, ,the City of Anaheim and Texaco Anaheim
Hills, Inc. enter~~ into am agreement dated December 7,
1976, in connecti<p$ with the costs and reimbursement for a
special water factlity named Hidden Canyon Reservoir and
Pumping Station; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement recognized
the need for amending the agreement to include a specific
property description of the selected site; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement, entitled
"First Amendment ~Q Agreement n has been prepared,the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THB:1REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment to Agreement are hereby
approved and accepted.
BE ITF~tTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be,and thet1are her~by',authorized and directed to
execute said Firs'ii'Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FORB~OING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
