JESOLUTION NO. 78R- 774
A RESOLUTI~N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIMIESTABLISHING HEALTH SERVICES FEES
TO BE PAIDiBY OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF PREMISES
REQUIRED TI BE INSPECTED BY THE COUNTY HEALTH
OFFICER PU SUANT TO CHAPTER 4.31 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL ODE.
WHEREAS, t~e City Council of the City of Anaheim
has adopted an ordin.nce regulating Figure Model Studio
Establishments; and'
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council
of the City of Anahetm to provide for the collection of fees
by resolution; and '
WHEREAS, t~e City Council desires to provide fees
for the cost of insp+ction of Figure Model Studio Establish-
ments located in the City of Anaheim by the County Health
Officer (Orange County Human Services Agency, Public Health
and Medical Services).
NOW, THEREiORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anahe m that the following Health Services
Fees will be 1eviedy the City of Anaheim pursuant to Anaheim
Municipal Code Chapt,r 4.31, and shall be collected by the
Orange County Health:Officer and retained by Orange County
as payment for the s,rvices rendered:

$65.00 for inspection of
premises pursuant to
Anaheim Municipal
Code Chapter 4.31
