A RESOLUTION 0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REP LING RESbLUTIONNO. 77R-155
AND ADOPTING A NEW FEE SCHEDULE OF THE UNIFORM
MECHANICAL COD .
WHEREAS, the C~'ty Council, pursuant to Resolution No.
77R-155, adopted a Fee S hedu1e of the Uniform Mechanical Code,
1976 Edition; and
WHEREAS, the C'ty Council does desire to repeal said
Resolution and adopt a Fee Schedule for the Uniform Mechanical
Code, 1976 Edition; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to adopt
a fee schedule for unif codes by resolution.
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim tha Resolution No. 77R-155 is hereby repealed
and that the following ee Schedule be, and the same is hereby,
adopted for the Uniform echanical Code:
