A RESOLUTION q>F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REfEALING RESOLUTION NO. 77R-15l
AND ADOPTING ! NEW FEE SCHEDULE OF THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE.
WHEREAS, the ~ity Council, pursuant to Resolution No.
77R-15l, adopted a fee $chedule of the Uniform Building Code,
1976 Edition; and
WHEREAS, the <;:ity Council does desire to repeal said
Resolution and adopt a l1ew fee schedule for the Unif.orm Building
Code, 1976 Edition; and
WHEREAS, iti$ the policy of the City Council to adopt
a fee schedule for uniform codes by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORJI:, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 77R-15l is hereby repealed
and that the following fee schedule be, and the same is hereby,
adopted for the Uniform Building Code:
(a)
Total Valuation
Fee
$1.00 to $500.00
$501.00 to $2,000.00
$10.00
$10.00 for the first $500.00 plus
$1.50 for each additional $100.00
or fraction thereof, to and includ-
ing $2,000.00.
$32.50 for the first $2,000.00 plus
$6.00 for each additional $1,000.00
or fraction thereof, to and includ-
ing $25,000.00.
$170.50 for the first $25,000.00
plus $4.50 for each additional
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to
and including $50,000.00.
$292.00 for the first $50,000.00

(b) Plan-Checkin8 Fees: When the valuation of the proposed
construction exeeds ~1:0 0.00 and a plan is required to be sub-
mitted by Subsection (c) of Section 301, a plan-checking fee equal
to sixty-five percent (65%) of the Building Permit Fee shall be
paid to the Building Official at the time of submitting plans and
specifications for checking.
Where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require
additional plan-checki$g, an additional plan-check fee shall be
charged at a rate esta~lished by the Building Official.
(c) Other Insptctions and Fees:
Inspection$ outside of normal business hours. . .$15.00/hr.
(minimum c~arge - two hours)
Reinspecti@n fee assessed under provisions of
Section 30.$(h) of the Uniform Building Code .
