A RESOL ION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE M APPROvtNG THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN OF tCE BUILDING LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ANAHE M AND R013ERT L. FELDMAN AND ROBERT
L. FELD ~ AS TRU$TEE FOR SAM FELDMAN, AND
AUTHORIZ NG THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAI AGREEMEI\lT .
WHEREAS,~obert L. Feldman and Robert L. Feldman as
Trustee for Sam Fe:!fman are the owners of a certain Office build-
ing within the Cit~of Anaheim, State of California; and
. I
WHEREAS, [the City of Anaheim desires to lease' a portion
of said office bui~dling for data processing and general office use;
and
WHEREAS,an office building lease has been prepared, the
terms and conditio~s of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEFP$FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coune il of
the Ci t. Y of An'ahe=' that the terms and conditions "of an otfi.ce
building lease bet een the City of Anaheim and Robert L. Feldman
and Robert L. Fel ,'n as Trustee for Sam Feldman be, and the same
are hereby, approv~d.
BE IT FUItUHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereb~~ aut.hori.zed and directed to execute said lease
agreement for and ~ behalf 'of-the City of Anaheim.
THE FORE~ING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
