A RESOLUTtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI . APPROVING A PERMIT WITH THE ORANGE
COUNTY W . R DISTROCCT FOR USE OF CERTAIN OF
DISTRICT' , PROPERT~ FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
LA PALMA~NUE STORM DRAIN AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYO~ AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
PERMIT.
WHEREAS, !the City of Anaheim desires to construct
certain storm draiq,improvements in La Palma Avenue;,and
WHEREAS, !1Jt will be necessary for the City to enter in
and upon certain p~pertyb~longing to the Orange County Water
District to constr~t said ~provements; and .

WHEREAS, I~ permit has been prepared to allow the City
to enter the propeITCY of the Orange County Water District, the
terms of which are (satisfactory to the City; and
WHEREAS, tit is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to approve ':.said permit.

NOW, TH~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheint that the terms and conditions of that certain
permit between the !City and the Orange County Water District to
enter certain of D~strict's property for construction of the
La Palma Avenue stdrm drain be, and the same is hereby, approved.

BE IT FUIt'tHER RESqL~D that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authori~~d to execute said permit on behalf of the
City of Anaheim. .
