AND SPEC fICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF;
AUTHORIZ NG THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID PUBLIC
IMPROVE T IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID PLANS, SPECI-
FICATION , ETC.; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING
SEALED POPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF.

construction and c. letion of a pUblic improvement in the City
of Anaheim, to wit:

Hidden Cyon Pumping Station, in the City of
Anaheim, consisting of the construction of a
domestic ~ater p~ing station including the
1nstalla ion of pumps, valves, fittings, concrete
structu 8, elect~ical and instrumentation equip-
ment. T i8 pumpimg station will be located near
the sout ,asterly corner of the intersection of
Serrano venue ana Hidden Canyon Road. All work
material labor and equipment shall be supplied
by the c ntractor and all work shall be done in
accordan e with the plans and delineated in the
specific tions for this project on file in the
Off~ce 0 the C~ty Eng~neer, Account
No. 51-6 9-7105-92180-32420.

WHEREAS, sjaid Public ~rks D~artment has prepared
said .detailed deSig~S, plans, pro iles, rawings and specifica-
tions for the const uction of said public improvement and has
submitted the same 0 the City Council; and

WHEREAS, he City Council finds that said detailed
designs, plans, pro lIes, drawings and specifications for said
public improvement bove mentioned, are in accordance with good
engineering practic and are adequate to serve the needs and
requirements of the City of Anaheim and the citizens and
residents in said a ea for the purposes for which they are
intended, and that hey are adequate for the construction of
said public improve nt and should be approved.
NOW, THE~FORE' BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the detailed designs, plans, profiles,
drawings and specffcatfons for said publ1c improvement herein-
above mentioned andJdescribed be, and the same are hereby
approved and adopte. as prepared by said Public Works
Denartment .
AND BE ITiFURTHER RESOLVED that said public improvement
shall be constructe in accordance with said detailed designs,
plans, profiles, dr wings and specifications as prepared by said
