A RESOLUT ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
I1ENT OF TI T CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET LOCATED
GENERALLY EAST OF TUSTIN AVENUE AND SOUTH OF
LA P ALMA VENUE.

WHEREAS'Jhe City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution dulyosted and published, give notice of its in-
tention to vacate d abandon the public street or alley herein
after described; an
j
WHEREAS, ~n the 31st day of October, 1978, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said pro osed vacation and abandonment; and
WHEREAS, .~he City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find, from the evid nce submitted, that the public street or
alley hereinafter secifically described is unnecessary for pres-
ent or prospective ublic street purposes.

WHEREAS, ihe City Council does determine that the public
convenience and necssity require the reservation and exception of
the easement and ri :ht of way hereinafter specifically described.

NOW, THE~FORE' BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anah 1m does hereby order the vacation and aban-
donment of that cerain public street located south of La Palma
Avenue and east of ..ustin Avenue, more specifically described as
