A RESOLU'11ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~ APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
THE LOS ANGELES RAMS FOOTBALL COMPANY TO SUB-
LEASE THE JULIETTE LOW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND
AUTHORIZ]NG THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID LEASE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, ,the City of Anaheim is the lessee of certain
real property si tuaft,ed in the City of Anaheim commonly known as
the Juliette Low El~entary School and more particularly described
in a Lease Agreemenlti; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to sublease said
premises to the LosiAngeles Rams Football Company; and
WHEREAS, ;t.t is mutually beneficial to both parties to
enter a sublease of' said premises.
NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of a Lease Agreement to sublease the Juliette Low Elemen-
tary School to the tos Angeles Rams Football Company are hereby
approved and accept~d.
BE IT FURtHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Lease Agreement on
behalf of the City ~r Anaheim.
THE FOREGq)ING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the' Ci ty of Anaheim this 21st day of November
1978.
