OF AN A EMENT WITH THOMAS V. REEVE II AND
AUTHOR I ING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK T . EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS,I the City of Anaheim is in need of consulting
services concerni9f historic preservation; and
WHEREAS~. .an agreement, entitled "Agreement for Historic
Preservation Cons :ting Services" (hereinafter "Agreement") has
been prepared; and .
WHEREAS '.6.. the terms and condi tionsof Agreement are
acceptable to the ,ity Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEJmFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said A~eement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FU~HER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are h reby, authorized and directed. to execute said
Agreement on behal. of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREtroING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
