RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 741
A RESOLU ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AG EMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND THE OUNTY OF ORANGE FOR PROJECT NO. 846
OF THE A TERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM
AUTHORIZ NG THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO. EXECUTE
SAID AGEMENT, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 78R-573.

WHEREAS,:the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Orange has heretofre adopted the Master Plan of Arterial
Highways for the e tire County; and
WHEREAS,ia cooperative financial program has here-
tofore been establt.Shed pursuant to applicable law for the
establishment, con$truction and maintenance of a County
Arterial Highway Ststem known as the Arterial Highway Financing
Program; and

WHEREAS, ,'the County of Orange and the pity of Anaheim
mutually desire th.t certain street improvements should be
undertaken pursuan. to the aforesaid program; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared for such
purposes, the term~ and conditions of which are acceptable to
the City of Anaheif:
NOW, TIffi~FORE'B1tIT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaeim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement between he City of Anaheim and the County of Orange
for Project No. 84 of the Arterial Highways Financing Program
as more particularty described in said agreement be, and the
same are hereby, a~proved.
BE IT FU~THER RES$LVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are h+reby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for 'and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FU~THER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 78R-573
which approved thel~foresai4.<Agreement in a previous form be,
and the same is he,eby, repealed.
THE FOREtOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council 0 the City of Anaheim this 1st day of
