RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 739
A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE+M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LIC$NSE AGREtMENT TO ENCROACH UPON STREET
EASEMENT WITH ANAHEIM SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, Anaheim Savings and Loan Association has
requested a licens,to encr~ach upon Canyon Rim Road for
purposes of constrtcting a fence; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "License Agreement
to Encroach Upon Street Easement" has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, theterm$ and conditions of said Agreement
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of Agre$ment are approved and accepted.
BE IT FUtTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are h,reby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on _ehalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FORE$OING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of.
