RESOLUTION NO. 78R-11L-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEtM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON A CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET AND FIX-
ING A DATE FOR A HEARING THEREON.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to pr~ceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1941 (Section 8300 et seq., Streets and Highway
Code) in connection with requests for vacation and abandonment
of public streets iocated within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use the following described
street, to wit:
That portion Of Fee Ana Street extending from a
point approximately 590 feet south of the center-
line of La Palma Avenue to a point approximately
1350 feet southerly thereof,
as said are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office of the
City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to sa~d vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to ~e held at 3:00 o'clock r.M., or as spon there-
after as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
December 5, 1978
BE IT FU~THER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of November,
1978.
